Our work centers around brokerage, consulting, and education services that support route owners at every stage of their journey, from a first purchase to a successful exit. The Executive Sales Director will drive the development and execution of strategic sales plans, establish scalable processes, and lead a growing sales team. This individual will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, and overseeing all aspects of the sales funnel, ensuring strong revenue performance and team alignment. Requirements What You’ll Do Develop and implement a strategic and profitable sales plan that includes individual and departmental performance metrics Define and track key performance indicators, quotas, and pipeline targets to ensure consistent sales growth Identify emerging market trends, monitor the competitive landscape, and adjust sales strategies accordingly Ensure the sales team is equipped with efficient processes, tools, and procedures to maximize performance and resource use Lead, coach, and mentor our sales team, fostering a results-driven, collaborative culture Cultivate long‑term client relationships to support ongoing business development and customer satisfaction Work closely with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with overall company goals and long‑term strategic vision What You Bring Minimum 5 years of applicable experience in organizational leadership Experience in route-based businesses or logistics is strongly preferred Proven track record developing, evaluating, and measuring sales metrics Ability to align teams, utilize resources, and deliver on results Exceptional time management and organizational skills Self‑motivated, problem‑solving skills, detail‑oriented, prioritize competing projects Leadership and coaching across all levels Additional Information Based out of our home office in Brentwood, TN. This is an in-office position , with some work‑from‑home flexibility once training is complete Competitive base salary + commission structure To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility satisfactorily.
