Job Description
An established law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney (100% remote) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Manage Workers' Compensation cases from start to finish.
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and settlements.
Draft legal documents and provide legal counsel.
Qualifications :
JD from an accredited law school.
Active California State Bar membership.
Experience in Workers' Compensation law.
