Overview
Whistler Partners is working with a preeminent FinTech company that is looking to add a Regulatory Attorney to its legal team. This is a standout opportunity for a lawyer who wants sophisticated regulatory work, real business exposure, and a role that sits close to major company priorities.
The company is looking for someone with strong regulatory judgment, excellent writing skills, and the ability to give practical advice in a fast-moving fintech environment, with a focus on the regulation by the CFTC of exchanges and clearing organizations. The right attorney will work closely with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders on complex financial regulatory matters that are central to the company’s next stage of growth.
Why This Role?
This is not a narrow advisory seat.
The legal team is looking for someone who can help support a serious fintech business operating in a complex regulatory environment. The work will involve regulatory analysis, internal counseling, policy development, external regulatory interactions, and close collaboration with teams across the company.
For a lawyer coming from a firm, regulator, financial institution, or fintech environment, this is the kind of role that can meaningfully change the shape of a career. You will be close to the business, close to the decision-making, and working on questions that actually matter.
The ideal candidate likes hard problems, writes clearly, thinks commercially, and wants to be in the room while a high-caliber company continues to scale.
