Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and plans Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies through the full bug lifecycle Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across software releases Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices Validate software releases and provide sign-off recommendations prior to deployment Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a QA Analyst or software testing role Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) is an asset Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear defect reporting Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
