Order Entry Clerk

Elwood Staffing is hiring an Order Entry Clerk in Kilgore, TX! Mon-Fri 8a-5p $17.50/hr!

Order Entry Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
• Occasional Saturdays
• Enter and update orders and data accurately
• Verify information and correct errors
• Maintain organized records and files
• Retrieve data and assist with reports
• Receive orders via phone, email, or other channels
• Provide product information to customers
• Communicate with team to resolve issues

Order Entry Clerk Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of data entry experience
• Fast, accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
