Codes and posts invoices in the accounting system. Researches and resolves payment discrepancies. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Processes weekly accounts payable payments in the accounting system. Checks, verifies, and enters invoices for payment. Sorts, codes, and enters accounts payable data. Analyzes discrepancies and unpaid invoices. Collects, confirms, and processes timesheets. Provides administrative support to the Accounting Supervisor. Finds and utilizes accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies. Performs filing and general administrative tasks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation. Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Excited about construction projects and completing assignments on time. Self‑oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working at a project site in Los Angeles . Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour.
