We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, checking them in and out, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing other clerical duties as necessary.

• Prior experience in a front office role within a medical setting is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up skills are necessary.
• Self-motivated individual who presents a professional demeanor and is well-organized.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Familiarity with NextGen software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance information.
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments accurately.
• Perform various clerical tasks as needed to support the office operations.
