Position Overview

As a Strategy & Analytics Associate within the Business Development team, you will work closely with senior leadership to generate insights that drive business expansion and enhance client engagement. Your role combines strategic planning, data analysis, and execution, enabling the firm to maintain a competitive edge while offering valuable hands-on experience in a research-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define key strategic goals and identify new growth opportunities.

• Develop and analyze models to support demand forecasting, client pipeline evaluation, and financial planning.

• Assess potential business ventures, including partnerships and investment possibilities.
\n
• Monitor organizational performance through established KPIs and recommend improvements.
\n
• Identify critical areas requiring leadership attention and provide clear, actionable insights.

• Collaborate with sales teams to analyze client pipeline metrics, trends, and emerging prospects.

• Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
\n
• Prepare presentations and materials for leadership meetings and strategic updates.

• Contribute to special projects across various channels, including institutional and international wealth management segments.

Required Skills & Experience

\n
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy development within asset management, wealth management, consulting (Big 4 or strategy firms), or related sectors.
\n
• Strong quantitative abilities with experience managing extensive datasets.
\n
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is advantageous.
\n
• Proven project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster relationships across teams.
\n
• Self-motivated, able to operate independently, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
